Ok, if I rent a movie on the zune marketplace on the 360, would I be able to suggest it to the party so my friends could watch it with me? Or would they have to pay for it as well?

yes, i think all yu have to do is just rent the movie and then invite ur friends, i dont think they have to pay for it again
