what are the biggest B2B marketplaces (by either revenue or transactions)?

I am trying to find the biggest B2B marketplaces (not consumer retail sites) – Biggest can be in terms of revenue or in terms of transactions.

I place my bets on Covisint http://www.covisint.com/ which is an e-business exchange developed by DaimlerChrysler, Ford, General Motors, Renault Nissan and PSA Peugeot Citroen. It was created as a marketplace for the largest automotive makers, but it expanded last year to healthcare
